Domoto Tsuyoshi è nato il 10 aprile 1979 a Nara.
Nel 1988 sua sorella maggiore senza dirgli niente ha inviato i suoi dati personali al Johnny's Jimusho e Tsuyoshi si è ritrovato così, senza sapere nè il come nè il perchè, a ballare sul palco durante un concerto degli Hikaru Genji.
Lì incontrò Domoto Koichi con cui strinse subito amicizia e con cui formò un duetto. Debuttarono poi nel 1999 con la canzone "Garasu no Shounen".
Tsuyoshi era però già molto famoso dal 1995, grazie alla sua parte nel drama "Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo" (considerata la migliore versione del drama, nonostante abbia avuto diversi sequel con altri attori).
E' un ottimo attore perciò fin da allora ha recitato in moltissimi telefilm, come i famosissimi To Heart e Summer Snow.
Oltre alla sua brillante bravura nella recitazione è anche in grado di scrivere sia musica che testi per le canzoni.
Inoltre nel 2005 è debuttato come solista con il nome "Endlicheri Endlicheri" ed ha creato un'etichetta di moda con lo stesso nome.

Domoto Tsuyoshi had birth on the 10th April 1979 at Nara.
In 1988 his older sister, without telling him, sent to Johnny's Jimusho his personal history and Tsuyoshi found himself dancing during an Hikaru Genji's concert without knowing how and why.
There, he met Domoto Koichi. They became big friends and formed a duet. They debutted in 1999 with the song "Garasu no Shounen".
Anyway Tsuyoshi was already very famous since 1995, thanks to his part in the "Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo" drama (considered the best version of the show, even if it has got many sequels with defferent actors).
He's a great actor so since then he acted in many dramas, like the populars To Heart and Summer Snow.
Beside his amazing talent in acting, he's also able to write music and lyrics for songs.
In 2005 he debutted as solo with the name "Endlicheri Endlicheri" and he created a fashion label with this same name.
