In a broadcast Tetsu (Laruku's bassist) said he calls Hyde "Doi Hachiro", because ha-i-do => do-i-ha + chiro .___.
He is 1,59 m tall (or short =P) ... someone says he is 1,63 m, but I don't think so... oh my >__< he is shorter than me! =P
He has changed his look many times. At the beginning with Laruku, he had long dark hair… he cut it because everyone thought he was a girl!
Hyde seems not to age… in some photos he seems to be 15 years old >__< But in the last period the marks of age begin to be visible.
His hobbies are: to collect blue glass objects, to play with videogames, to write poetries, to draw, to cook, to play with yoyo, to read scary novels.

He has married Megumi Ooishi. They met at a broadcast and they married on 25 December 2000.

When he was a child he cried a lot, so his father made him learn kung-fu, to make him stronger.

Someone says he inspired the character of Setsuna, others that of Kato, exc. IMHO Kaori Yuki has used Hyde as a model both for Setsuna and Alexiel, because in the indie period Hyde seemed a girl.
